Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all bookings and services provided by Sea Silk Travel (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By confirming a booking, the customer (“you”) agrees to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking & Payments

A booking is considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. We accept payment via credit/debit card (processed securely through Stripe), Wise, or approved bank transfers.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. This applies regardless of cancellation reason. The remaining balance (if any) must be paid by the agreed deadline to secure your booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation by the customer must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Any payments made, including deposits, are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel a trip or service due to weather, force majeure, or operational issues. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer a credit. We are not liable for costs related to flights, accommodations, or missed activities due to external cancellations.

3. Travel & Diving Risks

By booking with Sea Silk Travel, you acknowledge that diving, snorkeling, and marine travel carry inherent risks. You confirm that you are physically fit, medically cleared for diving, and capable of participating in the activities you book.

We strongly recommend personal dive and travel insurance. We are not liable for injury, illness, accident, loss of property, or disruptions beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate personal information, following local laws and dive safety procedures, and complying with guidance provided by certified instructors, guides, or partner operators. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client behaving dangerously, disrespectfully, or unlawfully.

5. Services Provided

Sea Silk Travel acts as a coordinator between you and trusted third-party providers (such as boat operators, dive centers, and accommodations). We select partners carefully but are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by these third parties.

6. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sea Silk Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the services provided.

We do not guarantee specific weather, water conditions, or wildlife sightings.

7. Changes to Itinerary or Services

Itineraries and services may be adjusted due to weather, safety, availability, or operational needs. We will inform you of any significant changes as early as possible and offer comparable alternatives when feasible.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sea Silk Travel is
