An inquiry does not reserve a place or confirm a booking.

Before you book or pay

Check that your written offer identifies the business you will contract with, its contact details, the responsible travel organizer, the services included and excluded, the total price and currency, payment recipient and deadlines, cancellation and refund terms, and any applicable travel protection. Ask for clarification before paying if any of these details are missing.

Emocean Travel publishes its own travel terms. Read the terms identified in your offer and confirm which business and conditions apply to that trip. A link to a partner’s terms does not mean that every service shown on this website is sold under those terms.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

These depend on the agreed booking and applicable law. Check the trip-specific conditions before accepting an offer. This website does not impose a blanket rule that every payment is non-refundable. Nothing in this information limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
