The trip

Stay beside Abu Sauatir Bay near El Quseir for a land-based Red Sea diving week. The March departure is based at ROOTS Red Sea with seven nights in a Deluxe Chalet. The supplier package combines house-reef diving for certified divers with an Open Water course option for eligible new students.

Route and highlights

• Abu Sauatir house reef within walking distance of the camp.

How the journey is arranged

• Travel to Hurghada and transfer to ROOTS; settle into the chalet and meet the dive team.
• Certified divers use the house-reef programme. New students follow their course before any post-certification house-reef diving.
• Optional outer-reef excursions and camp activities are separate from the core package. Return transfers and flight times are confirmed in the offer.

Included in the published supplier package

• Supplier-listed Kastrup/Billund–Hurghada return flights, airport/resort transfers, at least 20 kg checked baggage and 5 kg hand baggage.
• Seven Deluxe Chalet nights with air conditioning; meals, water, coffee and tea.
• PADI Open Water course as listed for eligible students; house-reef diving, 12-litre cylinders and weights under the operating programme.
• Danish tour leader/instructor and local guides are listed for this supplier departure.

Not included / additional costs

• Single-room supplement, personal insurance, alcohol, rental equipment and Nitrox.
• Outer-reef diving and optional camp activities.
• Published local charges: reef tax EUR 7/day, amusement tax EUR 3/day and environmental fee EUR 40; optional chamber contribution EUR 6/day. Confirm applicability in the quote.
